Refund Policy

Here is a clear and professional refund policy for "Wana Taxi" .


Note: The policy below is written with the standard interpretation that a "5% refund" means a 5% cancellation fee (resulting in a 95% refund to the customer), and a "25% refund" means a 25% cancellation fee (a 75% refund). This is the most common and customer-friendly approach.


Wana Taxi - Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: August 7, 2024


At Wana Taxi, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our drivers. Please read the following terms carefully. This policy applies to all pre-paid bookings made directly with Wana Taxi.

1. Cancellation Timeframes & Refund Amounts

Your refund amount is determined by the amount of notice you provide before your scheduled pickup time.
* Cancellation with More Than 24 Hours' Notice:
   * Customers who cancel their booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 95% refund.
   * A 5% administration and processing fee will be retained by Wana Taxi.
* Same-Day Cancellation (Less Than 24 Hours' Notice):
   * Customers who cancel their booking on the same day or with less than 24 hours' notice from the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a 75% refund.

2. "No-Show" Policy
If a passenger does not arrive at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time and has made no contact with Wana Taxi dispatch or Cancels within the last 2 Hours, this will be considered a "No-Show."
* No-shows are non-refundable. The full fare will be charged.
* Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time before leaving the pickup location.


3. How to Cancel Your Booking
To cancel a booking, you must contact us directly through one of the following methods:

Please provide your name and booking details (date, time, pickup location) to help us process your cancellation quickly.


4. Cancellations by Wana Taxi


In the unlikely event that Wana Taxi must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, driver unavailability), we will notify you as soon as possible.
* You will receive a 100% full refund for any cancellation made by Wana Taxi.

5. Refund Processing
All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
